"Finding stuff wasn’t too bad"
The site worked fine overall and I was able to find what I needed, but it still felt like more clicking around than I wanted to deal with. Checkout was simple enough once I got there.

"I ordered from Betty Mills a while back..."
I ordered from Betty Mills a while back — maybe around March or April, I can’t remember exactly, and had a good experience. They had a solid range of cleaning stuff and office supplies, and I was able to find most of what I needed. A couple items took a little digging to track down, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, I’d say it was a decent place to shop.

"My latest Betty Mills order arrived faster than expected"
I just ordered a few supplies from Betty Mills recently, this latest experience left a good impression. I got the tracking info the next day, and the box actually showed up earlier than the original delivery date, which was a nice surprise. One of the items had a small dent in the packaging, but the actual product was totally fine. Based on this most recent order, I’d definitely use them again

"Honestly, really solid cleaning supplies"
I grabbed a few cleaning supplies from Betty Mills and was actually impressed. Everything felt sturdy and well-made, not like those flimsy things that fall apart if you breathe on them wrong. It all worked exactly how it was supposed to, and I’m happy with the order overall. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"I had to send back a few things..."
I had to send back a few things because they didn’t really fit what we needed (always a little annoying, but it happens). The return process was straightforward, and the refund came through after a bit. It took slightly longer than I was hoping, but customer service did get back to me and answered my questions. Overall, it was fine enough that I’d still order again.

"Got help quick"
I had a question about my order and wasn’t sure if it was going to be a hassle, but they got back to me fast. The rep was really nice and just fixed it without making it into this whole thing, which I appreciated. So yeah, good service, no complaints really...
